Projects

   Obiective generale:
- Dezvoltarea de sisteme experimentale pentru generarea si controlul comportarii haotice a laserilor cu semiconductori si punerea la punct de modele numerice dedicate. Cresterea competitivitatii cercetarii romanesti in domeniul studiului haosului generat de sisteme laser cu cavitate externa in vederea dezvoltarii de tehnologii cu potential de aplicare in transmiterea codificata de informatie.
   Obiectivele specifice ale proiectului sunt:
 Experimentale:
 a) proiectarea, realizarea si caracterizarea unui montaj experimental (sistem LSCE) de obtinere a
emisiei laser haotice controlata prin modulare a curentului de injecţie (CI) si electro-optica (EO);
 b) proiectarea, realizarea si caracterizarea unui montaj de sincronizare haotica a doua sisteme
LSCE cuplate optic;
 c) caracterizarea radiatiei laser haotice emise de sistemele LSCE;
 d) identificarea unei metode experimentale de sincronizare haotica cu potential de aplicare in
transmiterea codata de informatie pe purtatoare haotica;
 e) realizarea unei monturi (subansamblu a sistemului LSCE) specializata de control al
feedbackului optic in cavitatea externa;
 Simulare:
 f) modelarea comportării haotice a emisiei sistemelor LSCE in conditii de control prin modulare;
 g) modelarea sincronizarii haotice a doua sisteme LSCE si a codarii si transmiterii codate de
informatie;
