1985-1990: Member of the Scientific Council of the Physics Faculty, University of Bucharest.
1994-to date: Professor , "Optics , Spectroscopy, Plasma and Lasers" Chair, Physics Faculty, University of Bucharest.
1994-to date: PhD head, field "Optics, Spectroscopy and Laser Physics", appointed by the Romanian Ministry of Education at the Physics Faculty of the Bucharest University.
