Generarea de micro-nanopicaturi care contin solutii de antibiotice expuse la radiatie laser in vederea invingerii rezistentei la tratament

Acronim proiect: PALIRT

 

 

Obiectivele generale:

- punerea la punct a unei metode de generare de micro-nanopicaturi pentru aplicatii medicale,

- dezvoltarea unei metode prin care utilizarea micro-nanopicaturilor sa permita invingerea rezistentei opuse la tratamentul cu antibiotice.

Obiective specifice:

- selectarea antibioticelor cele mai recomandate pentru studiere detaliata;

- dezvoltarea sistemului de expunere la radiatie laser in conditii de reproductibilitate (timpi si doze de expunere controlate),

- masurarea modificarilor spectrale ale solutiilor de antibiotice si stabilirea pe aceasta baza a conditiilor optime de iradiere

- clarificarea mecanismelor de interactie cu structuri celulare a moleculelor de antibiotic introduse in micro-nanopicaturi,

- conceperea unui sistem de generare de micro-nanopicaturi si identificarea modalitatilor de protectie a acestora pentru propagarea prin corpul uman

- testarea solutiilor iradiate si a micro-nanopicaturilor pe tesuturi pseudotumorale de interes oftalmologic.
