Career path and current position:*December 2010 onward: Scientific Researcher at NILPRP, * September 2008 – December 2010: Research Assistant at NILPRP, Laser Department, *2009-2012 PhD Student at the Faculty of Physics, University of Bucharest

Professional experience in the topics of: Optics, laser spectroscopy of complex molecular systems. Nanotechnology (generation of nanodroplets containing water and medicines modified by interaction with laser radiation), particle dimensions measurements, foams and emulsions generation and measurements of their properties. Microfluidics, optics and spectroscopy of micro-/ nano-droplets.

Membership in international professional associations: SPIE, 2009, Presidend of the SPIE Romanian Student Chapter (2010), Vice President of the SPIE Romanian Student Chapter (2011), 2009, Romanian Society of Physics (SRF), Romanian Society for Lasers in Medicine and Biology.
